The Basic Hourly Rate includes a Mileage Allowance of 10 Miles per Hour. Any Additional Mileage will
be charged at the Excess Mileage Rate.
There is a Minimum Charge of £ 90 ( Three Hours for Local Areas ) OR £150 ( Five Hours Non Local Areas ) for EVENINGS and WEDDING HIRES [ Mercedes E-Class ].

We require a deposit (specified on the e-mail quote sent to you) to reserve your chauffeur driven vehicle. In the unlikely event, you need to cancel once a booking has been confirmed, please see below for our cancellation charges.

HEAD OFFICE LOCATION: 10 minutes from London HEATHROW Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and only 5 minutes from Terminal 4.
We Observe a NO SMOKING Policy in All Cars.
Gratuities are at the Clients Discretion.
All drivers wear smart Business dress (suit, shirt and tie), whilst for special occasions (e.g. weddings).
As part of providing a Safe Travelling Environment for Families, subject to availability, an Infant Carrier (birth to 10kg) and/or Child Seats ( 9 months to 6 years) are available.
Cancellation charges: Less than 4 hours before scheduled pick up: 100% of Deposit.
Between 4 and 24 hours before pick up: 30% of deposit.
More than 24 hours before pick up: 10% of deposit (Subject to £5 minimum).
